YUMMY BUTTERY PANEER




Ingredients
Paneer         - 250g
Onion          - 2 to 3
Tomato         - 2 to 3
Ginger         - Small piece
Vegetable oil  - 1 tbs
Amul butter    - 2 tbs
Garlic cloves  - 2 to 3
Cashew nuts    - 10 to 12
Red chilli pwd - 1/2 tsp
Coriander pwd  - 1/2 tsp
Garam masalsa  - 1/2 tsp
Fennel seed pwd- 1/2 tsp
Cardamom       - 2 to 3
Cinnamon       - 1/2 inch piece
Clove          - 2 to 3
Cream          - 3 tbs
Tomato sauce   - 2 to 3 tsp
Red food color - One pinch
Kasuri methi   - 1/2 tsp




Step 1: Grind tomato, onion, ginger,cashew, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon to form a fine paste



Step 2: Now heat the pan and add oil and butter to it ,then add the paste to it made in previous step and 
  also add sauce to it. keep stirring till the oil separates.

Step 3: Now add red food color , garam masala, coriander powder, fennel seeds 


Step 4: Now add paneer pieces to the prepared gravy.Then add 1 cup of water and give a boil to it.

Step 5: Add kasuri-methi and cream to the prepared gravy

Step 6: Cover it and cook it for 2-3 minutes.

Step 7: Garnish it with coriander leaves and cream
and serve hot with soft chapaties.
